From our Fargo, North Dakota construction staffing office, we’d like to take a moment to recognize Brian Miller. Drawn to Tradesmen because it gives him a chance to work on and learn something new every day, Brian has continually impressed through his attention to detail and commitment to safety. As this week’s Spotlight Award Nominee, we asked Brian to share a few of his thoughts on working in the construction industry and for Tradesmen International:
- What do you like most about working at Tradesmen International?
I love the ability to get out of your job what you put in to it. I love being able to learn something new about the construction industry every day - Why did you choose to work for Tradesmen International?
I have always wanted to have a job where I wouldn’t be tied to a desk and I was able to work with people and businesses in the community and help the community grow. I like being able to do something different every day. - What is your most memorable work experience?
After working for a period of time with a larger contractor in the area, I was able to gain their trust and loyalty. This company now uses Tradesmen as their main labor support to maximize their workforce productivity.
