Tell us how many skilled workers you need and what trade

Please join us in saying congratulations to this week’s Employee Spotlight Nominee, Kevin Ragland. Nominated by our Raleigh, North Carolina office, Kevin has been field representative for Tradesmen for more than five years. In order to learn more about Kevin, asked him to tell us a little bit about his Tradesmen International work experience.

  • How Did You Get Started Working In the Trades?
I’ve been working in the construction industry all of my life. The opportunity to work in Sales with Tradesmen has allowed me to mix the experiences of dealing with both clients and field employees.
  • What do you love most about working at Tradesmen?
I love the chance to change lives. I want our employees to know that they have an advocate who is working with clients to be able to provide the best position for growth.
  • Why did they choose to work for Tradesmen?
I would rather mention why I’ve chosen to stay with Tradesmen. I’ve chosen to remain in my position with Tradesmen because after 5 years. I never see the same thing twice. There’s always new clients to meet, business to develop and lives to change.
  • Any memorable stories from working here?
Something that is always memorable to me is the learning that I get to do with this job. Beginning from the ground up, I love watching different jobsites and projects go from beginning to completion and know that I had a small hand in helping to make it happen.
