Employee Spotlight – Ryan Fagan
Orlando Sales Manager

Ryan Fagan

Ryan started his career with Tradesmen as a Carpenter in March 2004.  In October 2012, he took on a new role as a Field Representative and in mid 2016 he was promoted to Sales Manager.  His organizational skills, performance in and out of the office, and knowledge of the Central Florida market made him the ideal candidate for the position.

The Orlando receptionist, Durley Musseb, says “No matter the questions a Field Rep might have, Ryan helps them out to his maximum potential and continues to guide them using his previous experience.” He has an innate ability to work well with all employees – both in the office and in the field – and he pushes his Reps to their full potential.

Employees from other offices come to Ryan for help because he can pass on his knowledge in a way that others can easily retain.  Clients are always grateful to him for handling any questions they have, in a timely manner.

Ryan is a native of Wisconsin, and worked with Tri-North Builders, Mortenson Construction, and Bechtel Construction before relocating to Orlando.  He and his wife will celebrate their 5 year anniversary in October.  They have two beautiful children ages two and 10-months.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing golf, spending time with his kids, and re-watching The Office, which he quotes every chance he gets.
