A Tradesmen Rock Star with More Than 26,000 Hours Logged
A true Tradesmen rock star, this week Tradesmen wants to take a moment to recognize Cody Swartzendruber. A journeyman electrician who has worked with Tradesmen since 2001, Cody has logged more than 26,648 hours with us – and we truly wish we could have 100 more just like him. This week for our employee spotlight, we asked Cody to share his experiences:
- Who inspired you to go into the trades?
My inspiration and passion comes from my faith in God. He gave me the ability to work with my hands. - What do you love most about being an electrician?
I love working on complicated problems and coming up with a solution. That’s what I like about being an electrician – tackling the challenge of designing complicated electrical systems. - What do you like about working for Tradesmen?
What I like the most about Tradesmen is the support I receive from the staff to keep me working full-time. The Tradesmen staff is always there, making sure I have what I need to take care of my family. - Any memorable stories from your years of service?
As I look back over my time with Tradesmen, my favorite times come when I have the opportunity to go back and work for a contractor with whom I have worked with before. It is always great fun to reconnect with electricians I have worked side by side with in the past. I have worked with many of our great electricians in Minnesota, and I am thankful for the opportunity to do so.
Please join us in saying “Thanks!” to Cody for his continued hard work, passion and commitment to excellence!
