IMPORTANT NOTICE -

Tradesmen is going to an electronic
timecard to improve our service to you.

Tradesmen craft employees will soon be using, TimeCapsure, an electronic timecard system that:

• Eliminates paper timecards and associated challenges,
• Is easier for site supervision to edit or approve, and submit.

At the start and end of each day, as well as for lunch breaks, our craft employees will clock in/out electronically using their smartphones.

At the end of the work week, your supervisor can review the timecard directly on our employee’s device. Upon approval – signing directly on the smartphone – the supervisor will receive an automated email confirmation for each Tradesmen employee on your jobsite, with full timecard details for their records. At the same time, Tradesmen’s payroll and accounting departments will receive the data for immediate processing.

If your supervisor is not available to approve the timecard, our employee will submit their completed timecard and it will be sent electronically to your designated supervisor's email to make sure the time recorded is accurate. Your supervisor can then note any necessary corrections, and, with a simple click, send it back to our employee for mutual approval.
