Tell us how many skilled workers you need and what trade

How do you measure success as a Recruiter?

I measure success as a recruiter by keeping up with my daily task, filing orders and providing the applicant with top notch service.

How do you explain or position our company to your candidates?

I position our company by providing a brief description of who we are, our company history, the industries that we work with and potential benefits and perks for working with TI.

What is the biggest challenge you face as a Recruiter and how do you overcome it?

The most common challenge I face as a recruiter is the misconception that our company is a temp agency. I overcome this by letting them know that we are not a temp agency, but a labor support company looking to find or match skilled tradesmen with reputable companies.

Any other insights you want to share that will help your recruiting peers?

In order to obtain quality candidates, the most important part of recruiting is communicating with potential Field Employees who are interested in being a part of Tradesmen. This means that I strive to return every phone call and answer every email that comes my way in a timely manner. Not only is the candidate experience my top priority but also being able to successfully multi task to meet the needs of TI.
