Continued Education and Construction TrainingWe hire the best craftsmen candidates and remain committed to developing and improving their craftsmanship. This commitment is evidenced through skill training opportunities available to all employees at select Tradesmen field offices to help each of our skilled craftsmen build his or her construction career. Tradesmen enables its employees to gain knowledge of the basics of their trade, learn advanced skills, study new techniques, and even cross-train into other trades using the construction industry’s most widely practiced construction training curriculum, NCCER’s Contren Learning Series. Employees can enroll in task-specific training or in a full construction apprenticeship training program that, upon graduation, will give each all the classroom and laboratory training hours required by the U.S. Department of Labor to achieve journey-level status. Journey-level status will be attained after a specific number of On-the-Job Training Hours, also required by the DOL, are satisfied. Employee Training Support
